Manage your Order

Your graduation robes will need to be collected on the day of your graduation. As standard collection is 2-2.5 hours before your graduation ceremony. The collection time and location will be on your email order confirmation and in the ‘My Account’ area of the website (if you have registered for an account). Please note, graduation robes will not be posted to you. All robes whether hired or purchased are collection only on the day of your graduation.

An order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide in the ‘personal details’ section of the online order. If you have not received a copy of your order confirmation, please contact us and we will check your registered email address and re-send your order form. We would also recommend checking your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder.
