What information do I need to order my graduation gown?
You will need to provide the following information: Place of study, Qualification award (not your course title), Ceremony date and time, Measurements (Height, Chest, Head Circumference), Personal details (Name, Student ID number, Email address, Telephone number, Permanent address, Billing Address), Payment details (debit and credit card).
Where do I find my degree/qualification?
This information is very important. Your degree award/ qualification should be stated on your graduation ceremony invitation. If you are unable to locate it, please check this with your university before ordering your graduation gown.
Where do I find my ceremony date and time?
This will be on your graduation invitation letter from the university or college. If you have not received confirmation of the date and time of your ceremony, please contact the university or college before you place your order as this must be correct.
Where do I find my student id number?
This is a 9 digit number which should be printed on the front of your student ID card.
I missed the online order date, how do I order now?
You will be able to order and pay on the day. If online ordering has closed, our website provides information on how to order on the day.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payments for online orders uses payment gateway Sagepay, Sagepay accept all major credit and debit cards.
