Our offices are currently open Monday - Thursday 9am - 4.30pm. If you have an enquiry please call or email during office hours and we will do our best to answer your enquiry as soon as possible. 

Due to the current situation we are able to offer graduation gown hire sent to your UK home address which includes a pre-paid returns label and 7 day hire. Hire can be requested for a specific date and shipping is provided using DHL 24. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed. 

We are following government guidelines for working safely during COVID 19 to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

Due to government advice and the health and safety of our customers and staff, it is with sadness that J. Wippell & Co. Ltd will be closing its retail outlets and office with immediate effect until further notice.

Any graduation ceremonies that are still due to take place and are open to student ordering will remain open and will allow you to order your graduation robes via the website. Ordering will remain open unless instructions are recieved otherwise from the university.

If your graduation ceremony have been cancelled or postponed, further details about how to transfer your order or cancel it can be viewed on our Help pages .

Emails are being monitored and responses provided where required.
